Once the request is in
The desk checks which local car companies have a vehicle open at the hour you asked for. One of them names its fixed fare, and you receive it in writing. You are under no obligation at this point, and no car is held for you while you think it over. Requests that arrive overnight get their answer when the phone opens again.
Say yes and the desk passes your booking on to that company. Its confirmation then comes to you by text, and by email when you gave one, and it spells out:
- the fare you accepted
- the car assigned to you
- where you meet the driver
- the company's own phone line for the day you ride
Details worth having at hand
A complete request lets the company quote the right car on the first reply, so you reserve sooner. Before you fill in the form, gather these:
- the kind of door you leave from, such as a house with an alley or a gated neighborhood, plus its gate code or building name
- your flight number when the driver meets you at DFW or Love Field
- how many riders are coming
- how many large bags you carry
- any child seats you need
- a few available dates if your plans can move
Prefer a phone call
You can reserve by voice during the phone hours printed on this page. Someone at the desk takes the same details the form asks for, then follows the same steps: a company names its fixed fare, you get it in writing, and your car is reserved only after you say yes. Calls and texts about your request go to the number you gave us and cover that request alone. Reply STOP at any point to end the texts.
