How it works

Four steps from request to ride

A request takes a couple of minutes to send. After that, the desk does the searching, and you get a fare in writing before anything is settled.

  1. Door, airport, hour

    Pick the kind of door, then choose DFW or Love Field, the date and the hour. Add your flight number if you are landing, so the company can plan the meeting.

  2. Matching a local company

    The desk looks for a Dallas car company with a car free at your hour. Before any ride goes out, it checks that DFW lists the company for arranged pickups and that the company holds a city operating permit, from Dallas when the ride is to or from Love Field, and keeps a record.

  3. Your fixed fare in writing

    The desk sends the company's fixed fare to you in writing. The quote costs nothing and carries no obligation. Read what it covers, ask about extras, and answer when you are ready.

  4. Confirmed on your yes

    Say yes and the desk passes the booking to the company, and the ride is reserved. The company then texts a confirmation, and emails it when you gave an address, with the fare, the car, the meeting point and its own phone line.

Dallas has two airports, each with its own curbs and pickup spots. Choose the one on your ticket. With your flight number in the request, a pickup at either one includes a free wait counted from touchdown: 30 minutes after a domestic landing, 45 after an international landing at DFW.

DFW, terminals A to E

DFW has five terminals, A through E. Leaving, you are dropped at the departures curb of the terminal you name. Landing, the driver waits on the lower level in the zone set aside for arranged pickups, and the company's text names the door and the car.

Love Field works from a single terminal. Leaving, the car stops at the upper-level curb by the ticketing hall. After landing, sedans and SUVs meet you at the valet pavilion in Garage C, Level 1; for a van, the company's text names the spot.

Questions riders ask

Who drives me to the airport?
A local car company drives you, and its driver is the one who meets you. The desk finds that company, sends you its fixed fare, and passes your request on once you agree. The company handles the ride itself.
How do I pay for my ride?
You pay the car company, by card in the car or as its confirmation explains. Nothing is paid on this site, and the desk charges riders nothing. Each company pays the desk a set fee per ride, and riders are never billed for it.
Can I change or cancel after I reserve?
Yes. A sedan or SUV can be changed or canceled without charge until 24 hours before pickup; a van, until 7 days before. After that, the company may charge only under the terms in the confirmation you accepted. See the cancellation policy.
What happens if my request arrives overnight?
The form takes requests at any hour. One sent late at night gets a reply after the phone opens again, and the company's fixed fare follows in writing once a car is found. Phone hours are printed at the top of this page, if you would rather call.
